3. Client Responsibilities & Direct Billing
- Ad Spend: The client is responsible for paying the advertising platform (Google) directly for all ad spend.
- Account Access: The client must provide the necessary access to Google Ads accounts for management purposes.
- Accuracy: The client is responsible for providing accurate business information.
4. No Guarantee of Results While we use industry-leading strategies and data-driven methods to optimize campaigns, advertising involves market variables beyond our control. Therefore, we do not guarantee specific ROI, sales, or lead volumes.
5. Limitation of Liability Sujit Prasad shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or fluctuations in advertising platform performance.
6. Termination Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice as per the specific contract signed between the client and Sujit Prasad.
